Senior HR Business Partner
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to optimize workforce performance, drive organizational growth, and contribute to a positive company culture.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals. Designing and implementing programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. Identifying and mitigating risks related to employee management.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes. Providing regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, culture, inclusion, employee engagement, morale and retention.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
3+ years’ experience in HR operations, transactional HR, or related roles, especially within AT&T tools
Strong understanding of HR processes and data confidentiality standards
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver accurate work under deadlines
Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency with HR systems (Workday experience highly preferred)
Comfort with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience.
Our Senior HR Business Partner earns between $96,000 - $144,000 Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
