Job Summary:
We are looking for professionals who go beyond traditional HR, individuals who combine business acumen, curiosity, and a strong ownership mindset, with the ability to identify development needs and design and deliver impactful learning experiences that drive individual and organizational growth.
What you will do:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Training & Development (T&D) strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term organizational goals
Define, implement, and continuously reassess the organizational development strategy, ensuring ongoing evolution and recalibration based on business needs
Plan and ensure the execution of annual T&D deliverables (leadership programs, technical and behavioral training, development journeys, etc.)
Act as an internal consultant on organizational development topics, supporting leaders in building effective development plans
Identify organizational capability gaps and design scalable and sustainable development solutions
Evaluate, select, and manage training vendors, ensuring quality, cultural alignment, and cost-effectiveness
Manage the trainee program, ensuring governance, structured follow-up, a strong development experience, and program continuity
Support and strengthen Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), fostering initiatives aligned with culture, diversity, and employee engagement
Monitor and analyze T&D metrics (effectiveness, engagement, ROI), driving continuous improvement through data insights
Ensure clear communication and strategic positioning of development initiatives across different audiences (leadership, HR, employees)
What you will have:
Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Human Resources Consulting: Knowledge of HR approaches, tools and techniques; ability to inform, guide and advise managers in HR-related initiatives.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Pre-advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Demonstrated learning agility, with the ability and willingness to continuously develop new skills and adapt to changing environments.
Top candidates will also have:
- Experience with digital tools, automation, or process optimization (e.g., Power BI, process improvement methodologies, workflow tools)
- Brings a strategic mindset, connecting day-to-day activities with long-term organizational impact
- Demonstrates curiosity and learning agility, constantly seeking new ways to improve processes, experiences, and outcomes
- Proven track record of leading changes or influencing transformation, even without formal authority
- Experience working in cross-functional environments (e.g., operations, consulting, business strategy, HR, finance, or project management)
- Identify current and future capability needs, translating them into impactful development actions.
