HR Generalist

HR Generalist serves as a strategic HR partner supporting managers across the region, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and providing guidance on policies, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. This role supports workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement while helping implement HR programs and change initiatives in partnership with business leaders. The HR Generalist also guides  managers through performance management processes and uses data to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive outcomes. Additionally, the role  collaborates closely with HR Shared Services and regional HR leaders to ensure smooth execution of HR operations and alignment across the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with managers to deliver HR guidance, support employee relations, and ensure alignment with business objectives across the region.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development to meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and change management efforts, including engagement action planning and alignment with broader HR strategy.
  • Guide leaders through performance management processes such as goal setting, feedback, and development planning
  • Leverage data and insights to improve HR processes, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services and regional HR teams to execute HR operations and transactional processes effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with advanced education in a similar discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including ownership of core HR processes and delivering solutions to internal stakeholders.

What Sets You Apart

  • Broad exposure to employee relations, onboarding, conflict resolution, and performance management within a professional environment.
  • Working knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements, along with experience supporting diverse teams.
