HR Generalist Professional
About the Role:
This role is responsible for supporting a broad range of HR operations, including payroll administration, compensation and benefits processing, recruitment coordination, and HR compliance activities. Key responsibilities include managing monthly payroll, retirement benefits, and year-end tax settlements, while ensuring accurate HR data management through the HRIS system.
In addition, the role supports talent acquisition processes, HR policy administration, and government compliance reporting. The position also provides data analysis and operational support to enhance HR efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

What you'll need:
At least 3 years of HR operations experience, preferably in payroll, compensation & benefits, HR data management, or recruitment support
Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor regulations, tax, and social insurance administration
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and HR data management/reporting
Ability to manage confidential employee information with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with employees, leaders, vendors, and external agencies
Bonus points for:
