DESCRIPTION:
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for the daily HR Admin activities within the central HR department. This role is primarily dedicated to supporting the French HR scope and providing operational HR administrative support for France. HR Analyst ensures service quality and operational performance by working with documented processes and working with appropriate metrics and dashboards. HR Analyst will submit questions and issues to the HR Operations Manager on services managed by the team such as benefits, variable payroll elements, human resources practices and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HR Analyst will be responsible for all human resources requests related to employee, including:
- Provide front-line HR administrative support, responding to a wide range of employee inquiries, including time and attendance management, benefits administration, training, occupational health examinations, employer certificates, and various declarations such as work accident declaration and A1 certificate.
- Day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that ticketing objectives are met to ensure that we support our colleagues in the moments that matter to them.
- Ensuring compliance with various applicable agreements and providing HR support in accordance with local employment legislation.
- Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities.
- Maintenance of information, resources, manuals, and processes for the current scope.
- Support the local group of Human Resources managers with ad hoc requests.
- Registration and administration of various benefits, e.g., lunch voucher, profit sharing, etc.
- Working within defined processes allows all payments to be managed in a timely manner (employee, third party and statutory).
- Verification, validation and approval of supplier invoices when the process requires it.
- Production of required human resources management information including all reports in accordance with country legislation (audits, HR indicators etc.).
- Actively contribute to service improvement by leading projects to improve our processes and the experience of our colleagues.
- Work on multiple HR platforms, including Workday, Service Now, Kelio, etc.
- Responsible for the accurate filing and storage of employee data in accordance with the respective data protection requirements.
- Promote the culture of HR self-service (Colleague services center).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional experience in a central HR department
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in benefits, payroll, general human resources, or customer services
- Experience in French HR administrative support
- Ability to interpret and communicate HR processes and procedures
- The ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service over the phone and email is essential
- Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Respect for the confidentiality of information processed and communicated
- Good listening skills and patience to work with all types of employees
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Energy with the ability to organize/prioritize workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills needed to communicate well in a diverse work environment
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint using an HRIS database and file/report authoring application.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Fluency in English (minimum level B1).
