What you'll do:
  • Partner with business leaders to translate talent needs into strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on quantitative and qualitative criteria.
  • Advise and influence hiring managers on interview frameworks, candidate assessment, and selection processes.
  • Develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies using advanced sourcing techniques and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage multiple large-scale projects using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment metrics and workforce planning.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.

  • Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and analytics to enhance recruiting strategies and candidate experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
