This role is essential in supporting business growth by ensuring teams are staffed with qualified, motivated professionals aligned with company culture and service standards. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruiting for roles such as In-Home Sales Consultants, Promoters, Team Leaders, Project Coordinators, and management positions. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities. Source candidates through databases, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach. Maintain updated pipelines and detailed candidate tracking throughout the hiring process.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, or talent acquisition (high-volume recruiting preferred). Experience recruiting sales, trades, or service-based roles. Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines. Proficiency with Indeed, job boards, and Microsoft Office tools.
