Technical Recruiter

Integrate · Seattle, WA

About Us
Integrate is a Seattle-based company building multiplayer project management software for the world's most ambitious machines. We focus on the hardest coordination problems in deep tech like rocket launches and advanced manufacturing, where progress depends on seamless collaboration across companies. Increasingly, this work sits at the intersection of two of the most consequential forces shaping the modern world: defense and artificial intelligence, where both the pace of innovation and the stakes of execution are exceptionally high.

Integrate enables teams to collaborate with vendors, customers, and partners as fluidly as modern tools support internal teams. Our mission is to modernize how organizations build together in the emerging deep tech economy, reducing friction, misalignment, and unnecessary work at every step.

About the Role
At Integrate, the best is visibly ahead of us. Customer traction is strong and accelerating — which means the team we build right now will shape everything that comes next. We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who understands that recruiting at this stage isn't just hiring. It's company-building.

This is a pure execution role. You will source, qualify, and drive candidates through the process to close — working closely with our existing recruiter who handles hiring manager intake and role qualification. You know how to move fast without cutting corners, keep pipelines clean, and treat every candidate interaction as a reflection of the company.

Why Join Us?
You'll be joining at an inflection point — post-Series A, with real customer momentum and a clear mandate to grow. You'll work alongside a recruiting lead who will set you up for success, with clearly defined roles and a healthy hiring roadmap. This is an opportunity to have a real impact on the shape of the company and grow with it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
  • Build and manage active pipelines for engineering, product, GTM, and operational roles simultaneously.
  • Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outbound strategies to fill top-of-funnel.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screens to assess role fit and culture fit, delivering clear and actionable feedback to the team.
  • Coordinate interview loops end-to-end — scheduling, debrief facilitation, and maintaining candidate momentum throughout.
  • Own candidate communication and experience from first outreach through offer close.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline tracking in our ATS.
  • Partner closely with the recruiting lead to ensure smooth handoffs and process consistency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or agency.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for a VC-backed SaaS startup — this is a hard requirement. You understand what early-stage growth looks and feels like.
  • Experience at seed through Series B stage companies; you've operated in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
  • Technical recruiting as a primary strength — you're comfortable sourcing and screening software engineers and technical product managers.
  • Functional familiarity with GTM recruiting (AEs, customer success, marketing) as a natural secondary skill.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong candidate experience instincts — how we treat candidates is how we represent our brand.

Execution & Sourcing Skills

  • Excellent LinkedIn Recruiter usage and boolean search skills.
  • Comfortable building sourcing strategies from scratch for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strong pipeline discipline — you keep your ATS clean, your stages current, and your hiring managers informed.
  • Excellent written communication for outbound outreach and candidate engagement.
  • Organized and process-oriented without needing to be managed closely.
  • Able to prioritize effectively when everything feels urgent.
