In this role, you will support sourcing and talent mapping for the Entertainment business, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality talent. You will assist recruiters in sourcing from existing talent pools and mapping potential candidates across job portals

Key Responsibilities

  • Support candidate sourcing through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and internal databases 
  • Assist in talent mapping for key roles across business units 
  • Build and maintain a structured talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs 
  • Conduct initial profile screening to assess role fit based on defined criteria 
  • Coordinate with recruiters to share shortlisted profiles and gather feedback 
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and updates on the ATS 
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics (pipeline health, response rates, closures) 
  • Support job postings and ensure listings are up-to-date and optimized 
  • Assist in market research (competitor mapping, talent trends, salary benchmarks) 
  • Help drive candidate engagement (follow-ups, scheduling coordination if needed)

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Strong communication and coordination skills 
  • Good organizational ability with attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks 
  • Working familiarity with ATS/HR databases and MS Office./Google Suite
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and job portals for sourcing
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on candidate experience
  • Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition/sourcing/mapping.
  • Experience with ATS tools preferred.
