Key Responsibilities
- Support candidate sourcing through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and internal databases
- Assist in talent mapping for key roles across business units
- Build and maintain a structured talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial profile screening to assess role fit based on defined criteria
- Coordinate with recruiters to share shortlisted profiles and gather feedback
- Maintain accurate candidate data and updates on the ATS
- Track and report on sourcing metrics (pipeline health, response rates, closures)
- Support job postings and ensure listings are up-to-date and optimized
- Assist in market research (competitor mapping, talent trends, salary benchmarks)
- Help drive candidate engagement (follow-ups, scheduling coordination if needed)
