Senior Consultant Capital Markets - Deals & Financial Reporting
Job Description & Summary
The opportunityAs a Senior Consultant you will provide financial & accounting advisory services for financial institutions such as banks, IFNs, investment funds and insurance companies.
What you will be doing:
- Deals and post mergers accounting support.
- Reporting on specific requirements from regulators.
- Improvement of reporting processes.
- Financial reporting advice (e.g. FINREP).
- IFRS financial statements preparation.
- Delivery of workshops and trainings for banks and insurance companies.
- Support banks and insurance companies in implementing new accounting standards.
- Providing accounting advice to financial institutions on complex topics.
What we need from you:
- University degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of financial audit experience OR banking / insurance experience.
- Financial Reporting,
- IFRS Knowledge would be a plus, particularly in IFRS (IFRS 9, IFRS 16).
- Eager to dive into new topics and learn new skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly adaptable and open to change.
