They are focused on building a strong organic presence, leveraging creators and partnerships, and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that connect with their audience across multiple channels.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead content execution, community engagement, and campaign coordination across multiple channels. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic alignment, working closely with leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Orchestration

  • Maintain and optimize marketing calendars and project trackers using Monday.com

  • Plan and execute organic content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Coordinate content production with internal creators and external partners

  • Write and edit captions, blog posts, and website content aligned with brand voice

  • Refine visuals and short-form videos using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut

Community Engagement

  • Engage daily with the brand’s audience through comments, posts, and interactions

  • Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions with clear, on-brand communication

  • Build relationships with followers, partners, and aligned brands

Creators & Affiliates

  • Manage day-to-day operations of creator programs, including schedules, briefs, approvals, and payments

  • Partner with agencies on UGC, influencer, and affiliate programs

  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand voice and standards

Agency Oversight

  • Manage relationship with paid media agency

  • Provide briefs, review creative assets, and ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies

  • Track performance and provide feedback on paid social campaigns

Events

  • Maintain and manage event calendar, identifying relevant opportunities

  • Coordinate with event partners and oversee execution logistics

  • Develop event briefs outlining goals, messaging, and content requirements

Strategy & Analytics

  • Align content with product launches, campaigns, and brand goals

  • Analyze performance data to generate insights and optimize strategies

  • Stay updated on emerging social and design trends

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or brand management

  • Experience managing multiple marketing workstreams, including content calendars and influencer programs

Skills

  • Strong writing skills for social media, captions, and blog content

  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com

  • Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut for content creation

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

  • Experience managing influencer relationships and affiliate programs

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Proactive and self-sufficient approach to execution
