Job Description:
- Drives growth by meeting customer needs through flawless portfolio and program implementation
- Drive localized NPI ideas, landing till launch and achieve sales target attainment
- Develop marketing programs and demand generation campaigns, monitor the implementation, and ensure the results
- Provide area feedback to division team (Global Portfolio Leader, R&D, etc)
- Define and execute pricing per region/country based on global and area corridors by understanding price/value proposition
- Product positioning and go-to-market strategy, work with market center and country activation marketing for content creation.
- Competitive intelligence and competitive share gain programs development
- Engage with customers for insights and market plan validation
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
