As a Marketing professional, you are a fully dedicated business leader with the opportunity to shape the future of Waze. You take part in the complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the direction of Waze, while helping it grow and engage its loyal user base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, web, product development, engineering and more. The role will enable you to shape Waze's development process, organize product launches from beginning to end and form future marketing strategy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
  • 6 years of relevant work experience in BtoC (Business-to-Consumer) Marketing or Program Management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech industry with an understanding of consumer apps, feature development, and the nuances of working with product teams.
  • Experience with data analysis to interpret information, prioritize initiatives, and optimize in-app experiences.
  • Experience managing program-level budgets and vendor and agency ecosystems.
  • Experience owning projects and applying problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to translate market research, cultural insights, and brand pillars into scalable content programs that drive business growth.
