Principal Growth Manager, AppDev, Google Customer Solutions

As a Principal Growth Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile-first companies grow their business using Google products and services. You will advise customers on marketing strategies utilizing all of Google’s marketing products to help them achieve their business goals. You will serve as an advocate for mobile-first businesses within Google.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124000 - $181000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising.
  • Experience managing customer objections and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience working with customers and building relationships within an organization.
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level executive stakeholders.
