- Given the different business models, this will require both differentiated marketing approaches and new thinking to bring the whole enterprise’s capabilities to our clients while seeking standardized, more efficient and effective ways of working. This will necessitate seeking commonality in areas such as brand while ensuring relevance and differentiation in messaging, marketing mix, partnerships and distribution channels given distinct audience needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Working effectively with global Centers of Excellence (CoE) in areas such as Internal Communications, Digital Marketing, Brand, Events, Creative Services, Media Relations, and Practice Marketing.
- On a day-to-day basis this will include, for example:
- Create and implement innovative multi-channel campaigns
- Ensure our brand(s) are communicated in a compelling and consistent manner across all channels and touchpoints.
- Through a digital/mobile first lens, develop ‘always on’ digital marketing strategies to drive SEO/SEM, build our digital footprint and create content journeys that connect end consumers with our products/services/capabilities through engagement.
- Establish a powerful marketing funnel, ensuring leads are qualified for Sales follow-up through our CRM system.
- Given the nature of our business and the associated regulated environment, maintain a proactive approach to reputational risk management and expand media relationships
- Lead a client-first, CX mindset, developing a data-informed position on who current and target clients are, and implementing strategies and tactics that help us acquire and retain valuable relationships.
- Manage the marketing budget, including allocation of spend to achieve company targets.
- Act as a Marsh brand ambassador.
