Job Description

Role Purpose

Drive high-quality execution of brand strategies for the Vaccines portfolio in Saudi Arabia, contributing to strategy shaping while leading implementation excellence, enabling field teams, and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment to deliver business results.

This position will report to the Vaccines Business Unit Director.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Planning & Execution

  • Contribute to the development of local brand strategies based on market insights, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Own and drive execution of brand plans end-to-end, ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant delivery.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable initiatives tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Monitor brand performance and proactively recommend optimization actions to enhance outcomes.

2. Strategic Contribution

  • Actively contribute to brand planning cycles, bringing insights, recommendations, and execution perspectives.
  • Own specific components of the brand plan (e.g., campaigns, channels, customer segments) with clear accountability.
  • Challenge plans through data-driven insights and field feedback to strengthen impact.

3. Promotional & Customer Engagement Excellence

  • Lead the development and localization of promotional and non-promotional materials aligned with brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality communication of the brand value proposition across all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive impactful customer engagement initiatives to support brand growth and differentiation.

4. Sales Force Enablement Leadership

  • Own the readiness and effectiveness of sales enablement tools and materials for assigned brands.
  • Lead training initiatives to ensure field teams are equipped to execute with confidence and consistency.
  • Act as a go-to brand expert for the sales team, providing guidance and clarity on execution.

5. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead coordination across Medical, Market Access, Policy, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams for assigned initiatives.
  • Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure strong integration between strategy and execution across all functions.

6. Market & Business Insights

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand performance and expand impact.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations and initiatives.

7. Financial & Operational Management

  • Own tracking of brand KPIs, performance, and budget utilization.
  • Support forecasting and ensure alignment between demand planning and brand activities.
  • Identify risks and proactively drive corrective actions.

Requirements

  • This role is open to Saudi nationals only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
  • 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, or related roles).
  • Experience in vaccines or public sector is a plus.
