About the Role:
Serves as the market access marketing subject matter expert on Neurocrine Access Support, responsible for executing brand strategy and initiatives impacting patient access and provider engagement. Drives cross-functional alignment across Market Access, Patient Services, the HCP, DTC, and Medical Brand Marketing teams, Medical, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure cohesive, compliant, and patient-centric access communications. Responsible for developing and implementing branded materials, messaging, web, and patient support initiatives, to be delivered by and to support the rare market access marketing team. Provides leadership across agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business objectives and improve the patient and provider experience._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Develops and executes market access marketing strategies, messaging platforms, tools, websites, and programs that support Neurocrine Access Support services, provider engagement, and brand objectives
Develops and oversees integrated market access communication strategies across diverse stakeholder audiences, including HCPs (prescribers, NPs/PAs, office staff), patients, and caregivers, ensuring alignment with brand, access, and patient support objectives
Provides strategic leadership and oversight of agency partners, ensuring alignment to business objectives, budget expectations, compliance requirements, and performance outcomes
Develops and manages annual projects and budget plan
Develops field engagement strategies, tools, and training programs for field support teams (e.g., Regional Patient Access Mangers (RPAMs), Rare Disease Account Specialists (RDAS=Field Sales Team) that enhance field effectiveness and ensure consistent execution of market access initiatives
Supports development and execution of Plan of Action (POA) materials
Leads Medical, Legal, Regulatory compliance review of promotional materials
Develops and leads projects in alignment with company goals and objectives
Works cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, Payer Marketing, Medical, Patient Services, Market Research and other members of the organization to ensure seamless alignment
Influences cross-functional stakeholders and Market Access leadership team to align on priorities, resolve complex business challenges, and drive execution of market access strategies

Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related field and
8+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience with a focus on consumer, HCP, and/or payer marketing, patient support services, reimbursement communications, and market access marketing. Experience supporting specialty, rare disease, or highly complex therapeutic categories preferred. Veeva Vault experience preferred. OR
Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 6+ years of similar experience noted above
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing requirements necessary; direct to consumer and/or market access and/or patient support marketing experience desired. Rare disease experience a plus
Must be an effective team member and collaborator as success relies heavily on interfaces with Finance, P&L understanding, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Medical and Brand Teams at senior levels
Strong understanding of market access marketing landscape, patient services, and payer coverage communications and/or strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing to HCPs and consumers
Develops and enhances processes, tools, templates, and operational standards to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance of market access marketing initiatives
Ability to turn insights from market research into actionable strategy/tactics/messaging to drive brand success
Ability to manage and track a budget to achieve organizational goals
Anticipates business and industry issues; recommends relevant process / technical / service improvements
Recognized as an internal subject matter expert in market access marketing, patient support communications, and access strategy
Applies in-depth expertise in discipline and broad knowledge of other closely related areas to improve efficiency of team
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to ever-changing needs and demands
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $132,700.00-$182,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
