Let’s Talk about the Role
The Marketing Brand Manager Iberia is responsible to contribute to the overall regional The North Face success, working in close partnership with the regional Brand Director, HQ marketing team and local sales organization to develop and deliver the best-in-class country marketing plans aligned to the overall EMEA strategy. This role requires an excellent knowledge of the Spanish outdoor & lifestyle consumers as well as the full wholesale landscape, excellent communication skills and a proven track record in building and executing holistic marketing plans. This role will also be the key point of contact for all Distributors and Emerging Markets, supporting them in the execution of the local plans and budgets.
How You Will Make a Difference
Develop, plan and lead the country GTM marketing road map delivering an omnichannel country plan to ensure local relevancy and increase brand power.
Partner with HQ (brand and comms team) to provide local expertise, support the overall marketing strategy to ensure local relevancy and consistency as well as the right tone of voice for the country.
Deliver brand excellence by ensuring alignment across all consumer touch points.
Drive Undisputed Innovation Outdoor credibility and purpose working closely with HQ and local agencies to build a strong network in Media, PR, athletes, and explorer team.
Lead sports and cultural relevant project within the country as well as ensure support HQ managed event making sure the execution is flawless and right local attendees is ensured.
Partner with regional sales team to develop, plan and execute with excellence the Spanish Go-To-Market plan to fulfil regional and local WHS accounts needs.
Increase brand visibility and share within the regional most focused WHS partners by creating and executing best-in-class campaigns both online and offline.
Manage and own the country marketing budget to maximise ROI and achieve financial plans ensuring monthly connectivity with the Marketing Ops/Finance team for budget alignment.
Manage and own country reports in order to track progress, results and key learnings.
Skills for Success
Be an experienced professional, a self-starter, who proactively pursues action when opportunities present themselves.
Have proven experience (5+ years) in marketing in a major sports/outdoor brand or FMCG.
Have a deep knowledge and understanding of the European outdoor industry (with a specific focus on the Spanish region), consumer, and values.
Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Have the ability to influence key decisions through quantitative and qualitative data that helps drive decisions with excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
Creative thinking, combining out-of-the-box mindset and ability to question the status quo.
Experience in partnering with multiple stakeholders to define business needs, consumer needs and develop holistic country marketing plans.
Have skills in crafting and executing demand creation plans and frequently measuring execution and ROI.
Highly motivated, goal oriented and driven individual who can successfully manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and “get stuff done” across various projects.

Hiring Range:
€44.160,00 EUR - €55.200,00 EURannually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
