Marketing Manager (Aesthetics – Spa & Laser Clinic)

About the Role:

We are a staffing agency recruiting on behalf of a growing spa and laser clinic specializing in facial treatments and aesthetic services. They are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the aesthetics industry and its client base—including treatments such as fillers, facials, and laser services—and knows how to create campaigns that convert interest into booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Design and update website content to improve user experience and conversions
  • Create marketing assets using Canva and other design tools
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand presence aligned with the aesthetics market
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (leads, bookings, ROI)
  • Optimize marketing funnels to increase inquiries and client bookings
  • Manage content planning and scheduling across social media platforms
  • Stay up to date with trends in the aesthetics and beauty industry

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid ads management
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing
  • Experience with website management and design
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to execute campaigns independently from planning through to delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or cosmetic industry
  • Understanding of the target client base for treatments such as fillers, facials, and laser services
  • Experience with appointment-based businesses or local service marketing
  • Prior remote work experience
