The Product Marketing Co-op is an individual contributor role within the Product Marketing team, supporting go-to-market strategy, product launches, and cross-functional enablement. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and is designed to provide hands-on experience with real ownership over impactful projects that influence how Achievers brings products to market.
This role is scoped for an 8-month term, in alignment with Achievers’ co‑op and internship program.
How you'll shape Product Marketing at Achievers:
Go-To-Market & Product Launch Support
Support product launches, including messaging, positioning, and enablement assets
Contribute to product descriptions, GTM templates, and master product decks
Assist with positioning and narrative development for emerging initiatives
Data, Insights & Analysis
Conduct win/loss analysis, market research, and customer insights
Synthesize multiple data sources to identify trends and opportunities
Support analytics-driven storytelling for launches and campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product to understand roadmap priorities and product strategy
Collaborate with Content, Enablement, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success teams
Participate in stakeholder intake and prioritization processes
Ownership & Development
Own 1–2 scoped projects end-to-end with coaching from senior Product Marketers
Present insights and deliverables to PMM leadership and cross-functional partners
Build foundational skills across positioning, launches, enablement, and analytics
What you will learn & who you are:
Currently enrolled in a recognized co-op or internship program (MBA strongly preferred)
Interest in Product Marketing, go-to-market strategy, and SaaS products
Comfortable working with data and analysis tools (e.g. Excel) to inform decisions
Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, chatGPT, Claude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership
