As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and customer expansion. This role offers the opportunity to shape and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and customer upsell strategies while collaborating closely with sales, product marketing, content, and digital teams. You will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, leveraging data, technology, and creativity to generate measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, target audience needs, and revenue objectives.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including strategy development, planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and customer upsell initiatives designed to increase engagement, demand generation, and customer growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, content, and digital marketing to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of campaign assets such as landing pages, email campaigns, advertising creatives, videos, and supporting content.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, account targeting, and campaign objectives.
- Support business development and sales enablement efforts through the creation of messaging frameworks, email templates, call scripts, and automated workflows.
- Manage campaign budgets and resource allocation to maximize return on investment and marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Conduct testing and experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, to enhance conversion rates and audience engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Mentor and support junior marketing professionals while promoting collaboration and high-performance standards.
Requirements
- Significant experience in campaign management, preferably within B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and customer lifecycle marketing programs.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and ABM technologies such as Pardot, HubSpot, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce or equivalent systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed environment.
- Experience within payroll, HR technology, fintech, or related sectors is considered an advantage.
