Vice President - Brand Solutions, GCS

JioStar is seeking a strategic leader to head Brand Solutions for Growth Customer Sales (GCS) across Sports and Entertainment. This role will drive integration-led, content-first brand solutions at scale. The mandate includes shaping go-to-market narratives, delivering high-impact campaigns & initiatives.

What you will do:

  1. Brand Solutions Strategy & Scale:
    • Define and scale the brand solutions vision for GCS clients across sports and entertainment.
    • Guide teams in delivering insight-driven, creative, and commercially viable solutions.
    • Build repeatable frameworks for branded content, integrations, and IP-led partnerships.
    • Revenue Growth & Client Leadership:
      • Partner with Sales to drive incremental revenue through bespoke solutions and integrations.
      • Unlock opportunities across sports properties, entertainment content, and cultural moments.
      • Insights, Innovation & Performance:
        • Champion data-led storytelling and solution design.
        • Drive innovation in fan engagement, branded content, and sponsorship formats.
        • Establish strong measurement frameworks and feedback loops for optimization.
        • Cross-Functional Integration:
          • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Programming, Production, and Product teams.
          • Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across live and digital environments.
          • Drive alignment on quality, timelines, and delivery at scale.

What we are looking for:

  • 12-15+ years in media, advertising, branded content, or partnerships.
  • Strong experience in sports and/or entertainment ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of scaling integrated brand solutions and content partnerships.
  • Strong leadership experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
