We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there’s no script for what comes next.

Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work.

We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.

About the Role:

Secret Cinema produces spectacular theatrical productions that give our audiences an unforgettable night out. Our shows combine the talents of world class theatre makers with Secret Cinema’s unique approach to bringing immersive worlds to life. Following the success of Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical in 2025, there are several other large scale productions in development.

We're looking for a driven Marketing Assistant to join our Secret Cinema team and play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns that bring our brand and productions to life to drive ticket sales. From PR to Paid Social, Influencers to Insights, in this role, you’ll work across the full marketing mix to help execute marketing activity from concept to launch. Your work will directly impact audience engagement and ticket sales for our award-winning immersive productions.

If you thrive in a fast paced environment, are highly organised and passionate about live entertainment, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: This is a 12-month fixed term contract and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

We aim to be transparent and consistent from the start.  To support fairness and equity across the team, this role has a fixed salary of £30,000 per year, which applies to all candidates at this level. This salary is benchmarked against the London market for this level and position.
