Sales Operations Coordinator
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Working closely with leadership, they focus on maintaining strong client coordination, efficient internal workflows, and accurate operational processes that ensure opportunities, communications, and tasks are managed effectively and without delays.

Role Overview
The Sales Ops Coordinator will work directly with the Founder to support commercial operations through client coordination, CRM management, and day-to-day operational execution. This role is focused on maintaining organization, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through across inbound opportunities, client communications, and internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Pipeline Organization
Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent) with accurate, real-time data
Ensure pipeline organization and consistent tracking of client communications and opportunities
Monitor workflows to ensure no tasks, follow-ups, or opportunities are missed
Client & Supplier Coordination
Support client and supplier communication needs in a timely and organized manner
Coordinate inbound requests and ensure proper follow-through across commercial activities
Maintain responsiveness and operational consistency across ongoing interactions
Operational Support
Provide day-to-day operational support across commercial functions
Assist with internal workflow coordination to improve efficiency and execution
Help extend the Founder’s capacity by managing execution-focused administrative and operational tasks
Business Development & Marketing Support
Provide light support for business development coordination and related activities
Assist with marketing coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications
Experience
Background in client success, commercial operations, or related operational support roles
Experience working in fast-paced, highly responsive environments
Experience managing CRM systems such as HubSpot or equivalent platforms
Skills
Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple workflows, communications, and priorities simultaneously
Strong follow-through and execution skills
Excellent responsiveness and communication abilities
Comfortable supporting client coordination and operational processes
Ability to work independently while supporting leadership directly
Strong administrative and operational support capabilities
