ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an Executive Assistant & Office Manager. The team is hiring fast, the founders are moving faster, and this role will own the operational backbone that makes both possible.
You'll be the right hand to Vasek (CEO) and Tomas (CTO). You’ll own their calendar, travel, board meeting prep, and other “must do” issues that allow them to operate at full capacity.
You'll also keep the SF office running. Vendors, equipment, bills, the new-hire setup that needs to be ready on day one, and inter-office travel.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own our CEO's calendar. Prioritize ruthlessly. Protect deep-work time. Reschedule without drama when the day shifts.
Run logistics for board meetings. Schedule, prep materials, coordinate with investors, keep the pre-read on time.
Book travel for Vasek and visiting team members. Flights, hotels, ground, reservations. Personal errands when they're load-bearing for his week.
Onboard new hires end-to-end. Equipment ordered and ready by day one. Accounts provisioned. Swag, building access, first-day schedule. Nobody starts at E2B with a laptop missing.
Administer benefits. Run enrollment, answer employee questions, work with our broker, file paperwork.
Manage office vendors and bills. Cleaning, supplies, equipment, snacks, the building. Keep AP organized. Flag anything that needs a leadership call.
Be the operational backbone. The thousand small things that don't have an owner. You become the owner until someone else does.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4+ years in an EA, office manager, business operations, or chief-of-staff-support role.
Ability to move at a startup pace. Things are constantly shifting, and you must be able to keep pace with that fast movement while staying highly detail oriented.
A mix of startup and larger-company experience is ideal.
Strong prioritization instinct. You know what to do first when ten things are on fire, and you don't need someone to tell you.
Working knowledge of US benefits. You've handled enrollment cycles, fielded employee questions about insurance, and worked with brokers before.
Strong written and verbal communication. You'll be drafting on Vasek's behalf and coordinating with investors, vendors, and new hires daily.
Discreet. You'll be in the room for board materials, comp discussions, hiring decisions. Confidentiality is a must.
Excited to work in person from San Francisco, 5 days a week.
NICE-TO-HAVE
Prior direct support of a founder, CEO, or other C-level operator.
Experience with board operations: deck prep, board portal hygiene, investor coordination.
Multi-entity or international experience (US + EU). We have offices in San Francisco and Prague.
Fluency in the modern startup ops stack: Notion, Slack, Brex, Rippling, Carta, Google Workspace.
Exposure to early-stage People Ops or recruiting coordination
