Role Summary

The Senior Director I, System Digital Transformation is responsible for leading critical transformation initiatives across the North America System bridging current-state tools, processes, and ways of working to future-state capabilities and operating models. 

This role serves as a key integrator across Digital & Data, business, bottler and system stakeholders—driving alignment, governance, and execution across complex, system-wide initiatives. The position requires strong influence, executive communication, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable outcomes.

The immediate focus includes commercial tool transition and VIP migration efforts, with broader accountability for advancing digital priorities across the NAOU system. 

What You’ll Do For Us

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transformation Leadership & Execution

  • Leads, through partnership, cross-functional digital transformation initiatives aligned to North America System priorities 

  • Translates strategy into execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes 

  • Drives alignment, accountability, and momentum across multiple organizations 

  • Facilitates governance forums, working sessions, and executive discussions 

  • Develops recommendations, decision frameworks, and executive-level materials 

  • Synthesizes complex inputs, stakeholder perspectives, and system feedback into clear recommendations, decision points, and actionable next steps 

  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption strategies to ensure transformation initiatives deliver intended business outcomes 

2. Commercial Tool Transition & Stewardship:

  • Serves as the lead for transition and stewardship of existing commercial tools 

  • Establishes governance, stakeholder alignment, and vendor engagement 

  • Supports prioritization of enhancements and evolving business needs 

  • Partners with product teams to define transition plans to future capabilities 

  • Maintains visibility to risks, dependencies, and key decision points 

3. System Transformation & Adoption:

  • Support bottler readiness and adoption of new capabilities, tools, and ways of working 

  • Facilitate alignment across bottlers, NAOU teams, CONA, CCBSS, vendors, and strategic partners 

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to successful transformation and capability adoption 

  • Drive issue resolution and cross-functional coordination across multiple initiatives 

  • Build trusted relationships with bottler leaders and system stakeholders 

  • Lead complex discussions that require alignment across organizations with differing priorities and perspectives 

  • Support efforts that simplify, standardize, and scale capabilities across the system 

  • Establishes visibility to key risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions and drives alignment on ownership and resolution plans 

4. Governance, Alignment & Stakeholder Management:

  • Connects priorities, dependencies, and decisions across multiple transformation initiatives to drive enterprise-level alignment and sequencing 

  • Leads complex cross-functional discussions requiring stakeholder alignment 

  • Balances near-term business needs with long-term transformation objectives 

  • Ensures visibility, coordination, and execution across system priorities 

  • Serves as a central point of coordination across bottlers, system partners, and delivery teams to ensure priorities, decisions, and actions remain aligned 

5. Scope & Impact:

  • Operates as a system-level integrator, connecting business and digital initiatives across the North America System 

  • Drives execution across high-priority, enterprise-wide transformation efforts 

  • Influences outcomes across a matrixed organization without direct authority 

  • Ensures transformation progress is coordinated, measurable, and sustained across stakeholders 

What You'll Need

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, product, or business leadership roles 

  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives 

  • Strong executive communication skills, including experience engaging senior leadership 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority 

  • Experience operating in ambiguous, evolving environments 

  • Strong stakeholder management across functions, organizations, and external partners 

  • Ability to connect business, technology, process, and organizational considerations into execution plans 

  • Experience in commercial, digital, or system transformation environments preferred 

Leadership Expectations

  • Independently leads major workstreams with limited direction 

  • Brings forward solutions, recommendations, and decision frameworks 

  • Represents the team in senior forums and system-wide conversations 

  • Acts as a trusted extension of Digital & Data and DAO leadership 

  • Demonstrates a strong bias for action, ownership, and accountability 

  • Operates as a trusted advisor and thought partner to business and digital leaders navigating transformation and modernization efforts.

Travel Requirements: 25-50% travel as required to support bottler engagement and system initiatives.

Pay Range:

United States of America: 202,000 USD - 229,000 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
