- The Portfolio Maintenance and Operations Leader will manage the continued development and improvement of the Ford Land maintenance and operations platform to ensure workplaces are functioning at the high standards employees rely on to do their best work.
- You’ll regularly collaborate with stakeholders and partners across the portfolio to understand requirements, problem solve, realize efficiencies and deliver results. Leading a team of facility and experience managers, skilled trades, and suppliers you will inspire excellence, problem-solve, and prioritize work that matters.
What you'll do...
- Develop, maintain and refine scopes of work, operations plans, and innovative tools that ensure the efficient and consistent operation of the portfolio while achieving safety, quality, cost, and performance metrics.
- Lead skilled trades maintenance and project teams in scheduling, staffing, procurement, delivery and maintenance of workplaces and equipment within the confines of budget and timing.
- Analyze maintenance and performance data sets to drive accountability, identify constraints, and scale solutions that improve quality, efficiency and cost.
- Collaborate with real estate partners, skill teams, and employees to understand business priorities, feedback, and future opportunities; translate into actionable plans, messaging, and analysis.
- Ensure the maintenance organization complies with all regulatory standards and industry best practices.
You'll have...
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance and engineering
- Demonstrated excellence in integrated facility management (IFM), asset management, workforce planning, and customer service
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, empower and develop employees
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills

- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and constraint management principles.
- Safety and Quality experience.
- Prior experience leading a unionized work force.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
