We are currently recruiting for dynamic, motivated, customer service oriented colleagues to provide administrative support for our growing Insurance Operations team. This will be a temporary, summer contract and full time position to assist with high volumes of client servicing requests during our peak period. You will be supporting our licensed Client Service Representatives, servicing the business needs of our prestigious clients within our various commercial insurance programs.

We Will Count On You To:

Undertake general administrative duties, including for specific projects as required:

  • Provide administrative support services to the business and management, for multi-functional teams.

  • Handle internal inquiries to support a high level of customer satisfaction and communication.

  • Compile administrative information by collecting and interpreting data; entering data; formatting and designing documents for client and department use; maintaining up to date database information.

  • Perform some invoicing within our client management system.

  • Ensure timely, efficient and accurate production/processing of relevant documents as instructed (includes report preparation and sending documentation to appropriate parties).

  • Contribute to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives

  • Manage and prioritize own workload to meet deadlines and quality targets.

  • Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis and ensure accurate entry.

  • Create documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to ensure all documents produced adhere to established standards.

  • Maintain correspondence and data files to ensure accurate recordkeeping.

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times, especially when dealing with sensitive information and internal policies.

  • Adhere to Company policies and performance standards.

What You Need to Have:

  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills

  • Strong numerical skills

  • Excellent organization skills – able to prioritize work and meet deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work within a team

  • Comfortable and experienced working with technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Focus on attention to detail and quality at all times

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence

Your Profile:

  • Currently working towards a diploma or a bachelor's degree

  • Eligible to work in Canada on an ongoing basis
