Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance optimization of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ventilation systems, and associated controls
Ensure all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and reliably to meet environmental and operational requirements
Monitor system performance, energy consumption, and indoor air quality, and implement improvement initiatives where necessary
Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and seasonal maintenance programs to ensure system availability while minimizing operational disruption
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex HVAC system faults and performance issues
Lead, supervise, and develop a team of HVAC technicians, fostering a high-performance and safety-focused work environment
Manage procurement activities, service contracts, and vendor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and service reliability
Provide technical expertise and input for renovation, expansion, and new construction projects, ensuring HVAC systems are properly designed, installed, and commissioned
Job Requirements:
Over 8 years experience of relevant experience in HVAC systems management within large-scale facilities, integrated resorts, or hospitality environments, with exposure to plumbing and drainage systems as an advantage
Bachelor degree or above with major in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or any other related discipline, with membership of professional engineering institutions would be a plus
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong working knowledge of HVAC system design, operation, troubleshooting, and energy optimization, including chilled water systems, air distribution, and building management systems (BMS)
Knowledge in PC skills and MS Office applications
