Summer 2026 Intern - Real Estate & Workplace Services
RELOCATION STIPEND NOT PROVIDED
Overview of the Role:
The Summer 2026 Intern on the Global Real Estate Design and Project Delivery team will help plan, track, and deliver workplace programs across Salesforce's global portfolio. This team manages how Salesforce offices are designed and built around the world, and this intern will be a real contributor — not just an observer. You'll get hands-on experience with project management, data reporting, and AI tools in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment.
Responsibilities:
- Keep project data clean and accurate in Budgetforce, Salesforce's internal project tracking tool
- Explore and test AI tools (like Agents) to automate repetitive tasks and improve team workflows
- Audit and organize project playbooks and design standards using tools like NotebookLM
- Maintain weekly project status updates across the global portfolio and share them via Slack and automated reports
- Build dashboards and reports from Budgetforce data and help stakeholders understand how to use them
- Lead at least one real estate delivery project from start to finish
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree as a Sophomore/Rising Junior or Junior/Rising Senior (Winter 2026/Spring 2027 or 2028 grad dates)
- Strong skills in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (data cleaning, formulas, budget tracking)
- Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., Slackbot, ChatGPT, or Gemini) for research, drafting, or summarizing
- Clear, professional written communication skills in Slack and reports
- Sharp attention to detail — especially when it comes to spotting errors in data or financial reports
- Ability to problem-solve independently and work well across teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest or coursework in Project Management, Workplace Design, Architecture, Urban Planning, or Real Estate
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools or CRM platforms
- Experience managing a project or initiative from idea to completion
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
