What you'll do...


The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management - Fulfillment & Reverse, Operational Standards & Adherence is responsible for defining the structure, governance, and enforcement of operational standards across the Fulfillment and Reverse network. This role ensures that expectations for execution are clearly defined, consistently structured, and reliably adhered to across the Fulfillment & Reverse network. 

This leader owns the standards framework (how processes are defined and structured) and the system that ensures those standards are consistently adopted and sustained. They enable subject matter experts with the tools, templates, and governance to do so effectively and efficiently. They drive long-term adherence through scalable mechanisms, performance visibility, and continuous improvement, ensuring standards are consistently executed across the network. 

What you'll do... 

  • Own development, governance, and improvement of the operational standards program (Leadership Routines, SOPs) 

  • Define minimum requirements and frameworks for how standards are created, documented, and maintained 

  • Ensure standards are clear, structured, measurable, and consistently applied across all sites 

  • Design scalable audit and adherence systems to assess execution against defined standards 

  • Establish adherence metrics, KPIs, and inspection mechanisms to measure execution quality 

  • Build visibility into adherence performance, identifying gaps, trends, and systemic risks 

  • Own and enforce the CAPA (Corrective Action) process, driving accountability through structured follow-up, validation, escalation, and end-to-end loop closure 

  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to align standards with deployments 

  • Translate audit insights into improvements in standards, processes, and operational expectations 

  • Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights on adherence performance, risks, and operational health 

  • Continuously refine standards frameworks and audit methodologies to improve consistency and scalability 

What you’ll bring…  

  • Proven track record leading operational excellence, audit, quality, or process standardization programs at scale 

  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain operations, including site-level execution and performance drivers 

  • Experience defining structured process frameworks, SOP models, or standardization systems 

  • Strong experience designing and implementing audit frameworks, adherence metrics, and inspection mechanisms 

  • Analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights, root cause analysis, and performance improvements 

  • Proven ability to drive accountability and operational discipline across large, cross-functional organizations 

  • Ability to operate independently and objectively as a neutral authority on adherence and execution quality 

  • Experience leveraging dashboards, reporting tools, and automation to drive visibility and scalability 

  • Advanced executive communication and storytelling, delivering clear, leadership-ready insights that influence decisions

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
