Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Lead a high‑impact maintenance team where you’ll drive performance, develop strong leaders, and ensure seamless execution across a fast‑paced logistics environment. This role plays a critical part in keeping our facility running safely, efficiently, and strategically through strong leadership and operational excellence. What You’ll Do- Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring proper upkeep of warehouse equipment (MHE, pneumatic and electrical systems, air compressors, refrigeration systems, general building repairs) and compliance with OSHA, DOT, NFPA, Hazardous Waste, and other regulatory standards.
- Drive and execute the business plan for your area, ensuring performance meets facility goals in production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Forecast staffing needs, monitor workload, and track performance results to ensure operational demands are met.
- Manage financial responsibilities including monitoring expenses vs. budget, tracking asset utilization, and preparing or analyzing business reports.
- Analyze data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with company logistics, safety, and quality standards by maintaining procedures, documentation, and audits.
- Lead and develop associates and frontline leaders through performance management, coaching, training, and support of hiring and promotion processes.
- Bring strong leadership experience in maintenance operations.
- Use data to drive decision making.
- Have expertise in budgeting, asset management, and operational finance review.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where you balance people leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational execution.
- Communicate with clarity, coach effectively, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification (e.g., Maintenance, Controls, Electrical) and 1 year of experience in an operations, distribution, logistics, or retail environment with responsibilities including: supervising and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload across multiple departments, participating in hiring and promotions. OR at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance or related technical environment with the same leadership and staffing responsibilities listed above.Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
