What you'll do:
- Lead and manage operations improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across business units.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to governance standards.
- Utilize performance management tools and data analytics to monitor progress and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Coordinate resource allocation and workflow management to support operational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management and sustain improvements.
- Leverage business intelligence software to generate insights and support decision-making.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in project and operations management with a focus on continuous improvement processes.
- Strong leadership skills in change management and performance management to drive operational excellence.
- Experience in resource allocation and governance to ensure effective project implementation and workflow management.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau to analyze and report operational metrics.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
