Key Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives forward with a strong bias for action, even in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
  • Influence cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to ensure alignment and execution without direct authority
  • Make decisions and prioritize effectively in situations with incomplete information or unclear direction
  • Identify blockers early and proactively propose actionable solutions or alternatives
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure consistent progress and delivery outcomes
  • Act as a driver of results, taking ownership of outcomes beyond defined responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, providing structured updates in high-pressure environments
  • Operate effectively in unstructured environments without relying on rigid processes or predefined ownership

Must-have Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, operations, or similar roles in tech environments
  • Proven ability to drive execution and outcomes in cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines
  • Strong experience operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with minimal structure
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills under uncertainty, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Experience identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively resolving them
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, structured, and concise updates
  • Strong ownership mindset, with a focus on delivering results rather than managing tasks

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery models
  • Experience supporting large-scale or multi-team initiatives
  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
