Executive Assistant

Assist World · South Africa / Philippines

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior leader
working across multiple fast-growing non-profit organisations.

This is not a traditional EA role. You’ll be at the centre of a dynamic, fast-moving environment,
helping bring structure to complexity, keeping priorities on track, and acting as a trusted
right-hand.

If you thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in
keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role will suit you well.

What You’ll Be Doing

Calendar Management: Coordinate a constantly shifting schedule across multiple
organisations and stakeholders
Inbox Management: Draft responses, prioritise communications, and ensure timely
follow-ups
Meeting Support: Capture notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through
Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day operational tasks to free up executive time
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external
partners
Board & Leadership Support: Assist with preparing board materials, reports, and
presentations
Process Management: Maintain systems and ensure consistency (especially where
others won’t!)
Ad Hoc Projects: Support initiatives such as audits, retreats, and operational projects
