Role Summary

The Parts & Inventory Manager is responsible for managing vehicle parts, tools, and consumables required to support uninterrupted fleet maintenance operations. This role ensures that all necessary components are available on time, inventory is accurately maintained, and operational teams can perform maintenance activities without delays.
The position plays a key role in coordinating supply flows across multiple locations and supporting efficient workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end inventory of vehicle parts, tools, and consumables across operational sites
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid operational disruptions
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and OEM partners to secure availability of required components
  • Track incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring accuracy in inventory systems and records
  • Manage warranty parts processing, returns, and documentation in line with procedures
  • Support cost tracking and assist in maintaining budget control for parts and supplies
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to forecast parts demand based on planned activities
  • Support scheduled maintenance programs and fleet update or upgrade campaigns
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of parts in warehouse and workshop environments
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy across inventory and procurement systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and reduce operational delays
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive parts management, inventory control, or workshop logistics
  • Experience working with inventory management systems or workshop management tools
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
  • Good understanding of cost control, stock management, and procurement processes
  • Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
  • Fluent English required; German is mandatory; Spanish is an advantage
