Responsibilities:
Manage the new joiners hiring and onboarding process;
Enter data and update all HR systems to reflect all necessary changes;
Assist with preparation of employment agreements, annexes, termination papers and all HR-related documents;
Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments in the company;
Assist with the organization of corporate events and activities, as well as ad-hoc projects as required;
Maintain employees’ personnel files;
Supports managers and employees by addressing questions and concerns and providing information within their scope;
Escalates complex cases to their direct manager and Head of HR;
Maintains a utmost degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher;
Minimum of 3 years in HR roles;
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
Highly tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new software;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite;
Proactive approach with a focus on practical solutions and a "can-do" attitude;
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks;
Comfortable navigating change and shifting priorities with ease;
Strong sense of integrity and professional discretion.
