Senior Program Manager
Drive mission impact and lead complex, multi‑site operations as a Senior Program Manager supporting the USARPAC MTC Enterprise. In this role, you will shape program success at scale, influence enterprise‑wide mission outcomes, and further your career with GDIT.
The Senior Program Manager will oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers. Here, you’ll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Senior Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across five Mission Training Complex (MTC) sites and the Regional Simulation Center (RSC) at Schofield Barracks. You will ensure mission excellence, meet or exceed all financial and contractual objectives, and foster professional growth across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead, Manage, and Support: Build and sustain a positive program culture centered on mission success and professional growth. Ensure all GDIT-specific requirements are met, including timely completion of internal tasks and deliverables.
Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Partner with MTC Site Leads and Government Directors to ensure synchronized operations. Engage daily with the COR and government stakeholders at the RSC to confirm all requirements are met and expectations are exceeded. Support the Collaborative Forum and drive participation across the program.
Grow the Business: Expand GDIT’s presence within the Indo‑Pacific region by developing new business opportunities and increasing direct labor and revenue.
Drive Operational Excellence: Exceed mission, operational, and financial goals while maintaining alignment with GDIT priorities.
Leverage Expertise: Empower the professional staff to lead innovations as Army and Joint Force training requirements evolve.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bring your program leadership expertise and innovative mindset to GDIT.
Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
Experience: 10+ years of relevant program or project management experience
Technical Skills: Understanding of Army and Joint exercise simulation tools
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance required to start
Additional Requirements: Regular travel to MTC sites; position is onsite at the RSC, Schofield Barracks, HI

The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
