As a Manager of Business Program Management for Sales Excellence, you will lead a high-performing team within the GTM Strategy and Operations ecosystem. In this role, you will operate as a strategic leader and manager overseeing the business process, opportunity management, and workload operations lifecycle, with a sharp focus on maximizing consumption business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across product, sales, engineering, change management, and enablement to deploy the tools, processes, and systems required to scale field productivity. Empowering our sellers and channel partners with actionable data, insights, and learning is core to this role. As a people manager, you will partner with executive leadership to navigate complex project statuses, monitor critical timelines, and drive business judgment to support strategic initiatives across the Cloud organization.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program management, sales operations, or business strategy within a cloud or enterprise software environment.
- Experience managing and developing a team of program managers or operational professionals.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in working with a range of functional domains (e.g., engineering/user experience/product, finance, policy/legal, marketing, communications) or experience in consulting.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs that scale field productivity.
- Deep understanding of consumption-based or subscription business models and GTM sales cycles.
- Ability to build partnerships with leaders and their teams across Google.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
