[About the role]
As a Senior Programme Manager (AI Adoption for Corporate Transformation), you will lead and drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives across Services Wing corporate functions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Infrastructure divisions.
You will play a key role in helping divisions identify, prioritise, and operationalise AI and digital opportunities that improve productivity, operational effectiveness, service delivery, and employee experience. This includes driving initiatives from problem discovery and opportunity shaping through implementation, adoption, and operationalisation.
You will work closely with central enabling teams including the AI Team and Digital Innovation Team to align initiatives with enterprise AI platforms, governance frameworks, reusable capabilities, and organisational transformation priorities.
At this level, you are expected to independently lead multiple complex workstreams, navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders across divisions, and drive measurable transformation outcomes through strong programme management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership.
[What you will be working on]
Craft & Execution
Problem Solving & Programme Delivery
- Lead and manage multiple AI-enabled transformation initiatives across corporate functions, translating broad organisational priorities into actionable programmes and implementation workstreams.
- Identify operational pain points, workflow inefficiencies, and business opportunities where AI, automation, or digital solutions can create measurable organisational impact.
- Drive end-to-end programme delivery from opportunity discovery and scoping through implementation, adoption, operationalisation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop high-quality programme artefacts including transformation roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans, impact assessments, adoption strategies, and senior management updates.
- Analyse operational data, user feedback, and organisational context to generate actionable insights and practical recommendations independently.
- Coordinate across business, operations, product, engineering, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment of outcomes.
AI Transformation & Enablement
- Drive AI awareness, experimentation, and adoption initiatives across Services Wing divisions.
- Partner divisions to identify, prioritise, and operationalise AI use cases aligned to business priorities and operational outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and engagement activities to help stakeholders understand AI opportunities, implementation considerations, and transformation approaches.
- Work closely with central AI and Digital Innovation teams to align initiatives with enterprise AI governance, shared platforms, reusable capabilities, and security requirements.
- Track programme outcomes, adoption metrics, operational improvements, and implementation insights to support scaling and continuous enhancement.
Governance, Frameworks & Process Improvement
- Establish and improve programme management frameworks, governance processes, and operating rhythms to support effective transformation delivery.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, collaboration, and programme outcomes across divisions.
- Ensure initiatives are aligned with organisational governance requirements, operational readiness considerations, and change management needs.
- Contribute to the development of reusable playbooks, templates, implementation approaches, and best practices for AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Procurement, Infrastructure, and central enabling teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
- Communicate programme direction, implementation progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at different organisational levels.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and change management efforts to support successful implementation and sustained usage.
- Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups with varying operational priorities, concerns, and perspectives.
Change Management & Adoption
- Support divisions in navigating organisational and operational changes arising from AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Anticipate adoption barriers, implementation risks, and operational challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.
- Share success stories, lessons learnt, and practical implementation insights to strengthen organisational readiness and confidence in AI transformation efforts.

Lead End-to-End Delivery
- Take full ownership of broad and ambiguously scoped transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and operational outcomes.
- Independently manage multiple programmes and priorities concurrently while balancing strategic objectives, operational considerations, and organisational constraints.
- Exercise sound judgement in navigating trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and evolving business needs.
- Take calculated risks and apply implementation learnings to continuously improve programme effectiveness and delivery approaches.
Strategic Planning & Organisational Impact
- Translate organisational transformation priorities into actionable programme plans, implementation roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements across Services Wing functions and operations.
- Synthesise insights, implementation findings, and recommendations into clear strategic narratives connected to organisational impact and business value.
- Identify implementation risks, organisational dependencies, and operational considerations early, and drive mitigation actions proactively.
