In this Sr. PMT role, you'll lead an exciting, ambitious new initiative that will delight millions of customers around the world. This is a high impact, high visibility role that will help transform how customers experience our biggest shopping events of the year. To succeed, you'll excel at diving deep to understand and anticipate customer needs, working closely with tech teams to build detailed product and feature requirements, and delivering results while balancing the needs of multiple teams across Amazon. You should also have strong written communications skills and executive presence to guide senior leadership conversations and be comfortable diving deep into data by identifying and evolving key performance indicators to measure business impac.

Key job responsibilities
* Lead a new 0-to-1 initiative to transform promotional experiences for customers worldwide
* Lead roadmap reviews and business updates with Amazon senior leadership (up to VP and SVP levels)
* Own key performance metrics and strategic objectives for promotion adoption and business growth
* Design and run innovative CX experiments to learn about what drives customer engagement and business outcomes, and drive feature launch decisions
* Contribute to the technical product roadmap for displaying promotional savings across the store
* Transform complex technical and business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions that serve millions of customers globally

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
