About The Opportunity
At Grubhub, delivery is one of the most important parts of the customer experience. As Director of Product for Fulfillment, you will own the end-to-end delivery experience, from the moment an order is placed to the moment it reaches the diner.
This role leads the product teams responsible for delivery execution, including order transmission, dispatch, routing, and delivery performance, and works hand-in-hand with the courier experience product team to ensure seamless delivery workflows. You will manage and coach multiple product managers while working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Design, Operations, and other cross-functional partners.
The Fulfillment team operates at a significant scale, making millions of real-time decisions across our delivery network every day. The work is complex, fast-moving, and highly impactful. Your focus will be to improve delivery reliability, speed, efficiency, and the overall experience for diners, merchants, and couriers.
We are looking for a product leader who understands logistics, can simplify complex systems, and knows how to lead strong PMs through ambiguity. This is a role for someone who can set direction, build alignment, and help the team deliver meaningful improvements across one of Grubhub’s most critical product areas.
The Impact You Will Make
Lead the strategic direction for Fulfillment Product, working closely with executive leadership to identify new opportunities and shape the roadmap.
Set the vision and product strategy for your team, including both near-term priorities and longer-term bets.
Define the key metrics for the delivery experience and build strategies to improve reliability, speed, cost, and quality across the network.
Own product outcomes across Fulfillment, making sure the team is focused on the highest-impact work and delivering against business goals.
Hire, develop, and coach strong product managers, creating a team culture rooted in ownership, clarity, and strong execution.
Work closely with VP and C-level leaders, tailoring communication to the audience and bringing clear recommendations to complex decisions.
Drive execution across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Logistics, Merchant, and Growth teams to improve the delivery experience and support company growth.
What You Bring To The Table
10+ years of digital product management experience, including at least 5 years leading and developing product teams.
Experience building products from 0 to 1, especially in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
Strong background in logistics, B2C marketplaces, high-growth technology, or similarly complex product areas.
Comfort operating in environments where priorities change and the path is not always fully defined.
Strong data fluency, with the ability to dig into SQL, dashboards, or AI tools to understand system performance, diagnose issues, and identify opportunities.
Experience working with C-level and senior cross-functional leaders, with a communication style that builds trust and drives clarity.
A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to drive execution directly while also building and scaling strong teams.
Strong customer empathy and a track record of building products that improve the customer experience.
Ability to influence without direct authority and communicate clearly across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and other teams.
Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to evaluate trade-offs, shape business cases, and develop financial plans.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. MBA is a plus, but not required.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome and encouraged to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

Chicago: $209,000 per year.
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
