Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and processes to optimize business operations and improve productivity.
Analyze existing manual processes using BPA and BPM principles to identify automation opportunities.
Develop and implement RPA-driven workflows using RPA platforms like Power Automate and other automation tools to build end-to-end processes.
Integrate automation workflows with web applications, RESTful APIs, and backend systems.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
Test, troubleshoot, and debug automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
Document automation processes, architecture, and best practices aligned with BPA, RPA, and BPM methodologies.
