- Lead and oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, with a strong focus on global supply chain operations and alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance against defined milestones, provide regular status reports to senior leadership, proactively identify risks, and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization by implementing best practices and standardized methodologies.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices throughout all phases of project execution.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering capability development, strengthening project management competencies, and supporting professional growth.
