Reports to: Vice President of Product and UX
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)

About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work across two of the most commercially important areas of our business: Summit Club+, Backcountry's paid loyalty subscription, and the lower funnel experience including cart, checkout, order confirmation, wishlist, and post-purchase moments.

This is a role for someone early in their product career who is hungry to own real work, develop sharp instincts, and grow fast. You will not be shuffling tickets. You will be close to the data, close to customers, and close to decisions that directly affect revenue and retention. We will invest in your development and we expect you to invest in the work.

At six to twelve months, success looks like shipping meaningful improvements, building credibility with your cross-functional partners, and developing a clear point of view on what we should build next and why.
