Senior Product Manager, Google One, Personalization, Promotions, Upgrades

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Google One is the way consumer AI is monetized at Google. It is a fast growing subscription based business with teams across Sydney, Bengaluru and Mountain View.
In this role, you will be looking after expansion, upgrades, and cross-selling, as well as personalization and promotions. Personalization and promotions drive the right message and the right offers to users at the right time, while overseeing the limited-time offers and other campaigns we run to drive sign-up uplift.
Expansion is all about driving storage subscribers to AI and making it easy and obvious how to grow the G1 subscription from a base plan to include YouTube and Home Premium.
Google Photos is a photo sharing and storage service developed by Google. Photos is one of the most sought after products at Google and is looking for both client-side (web and mobile), with server-side (search, storage, serving) and machine intelligence (learning, computer vision) Software Engineers. We are dedicated to making Google experiences centered around the user.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- Experience in building consumer-facing products or subscription systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with products that have a direct, measurable impact on user growth, engagement, or business.
- Ability to think in systems and design for scalability while maintaining a sharp focus on business outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment across different time zones.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance technical, business, and organizational perspectives.
- Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
