What you'll do...
What You’ll Do...- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation catalog platform capabilities
- Build scalable systems that power product data quality, onboarding, and lifecycle management across Walmart’s ecosystem
- Enable seamless onboarding and integration of Marketplace catalogs onto Walmart’s platform
- Partner cross-functionally to unlock new experiences and capabilities for sellers and customers
- Deliver high-impact platform features that improve discoverability, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Proven ability to lead complex product areas, driving roadmap prioritization, strategy, and execution with senior stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional leadership—collaborating with engineering, business, and operational teams to deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience defining success metrics, shaping go-to-market strategies, and driving adoption at scale
- Deep customer focus, with a track record of translating user pain points into innovative product solutions
- Analytical strength—able to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights and champion data-driven decision making

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
