Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, your day revolves around enhancing the quality engineering function by integrating continuous and efficient testing processes. You focus on improving control, accuracy, and integrity through the application of advanced quality methodologies and tools. Your role involves evolving testing strategies to be more predictive and intelligent by leveraging automation and innovative testing solutions, ensuring that the overall testing lifecycle is streamlined and effective.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and process improvement.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices in test automation.
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for enhancement.
- Continuously research and implement new testing tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in automated test environments.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
