We are looking for you to join our team as an Antenna Test Engineer / Principal Antenna Test Engineer to be an instrumental part of Northrop Grumman's Central Virginia manufacturing Test Engineering Team.
What You'll Get To Do:
This position may be filled at a level 2 or 3, depending on the candidate's experience.
Basic Qualifications for the Antenna Test Engineer (Level 2):
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline plus 2 or more years of relevant experience; or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline plus 1 or more years of relevant experience
Experience with electrical and/or RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, etc.
Professional software development experience using languages such as C#, Visual Basic, MATLAB, Mate, etc.
Current, active U.S. Government Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP).
U.S. citizenship

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline plus 5 or more years of relevant experience; or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline plus 3 or more years of relevant experience

Software development experience with RF and antenna systems

RF test experience and/or antenna test/range experience
Familiarity with RF and antenna theory

Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
