Our client is a rapidly growing pest control company operating across multiple locations in South Louisiana, serving both residential and commercial customers. Their business is heavily driven by inbound lead generation and digital marketing, supported by inside and outside sales teams responsible for closing business through phone-based and in-person sales processes. As the company continues to scale, they are focused on strengthening sales performance, improving consistency, and building a more structured, accountability-driven sales organization.

Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager will serve as the central leader for sales coaching, performance improvement, and process optimization across the company’s sales organization. This role is focused on improving conversion rates, strengthening sales consistency, and supporting both inside and outside sales representatives through structured coaching, quality assurance, training, and enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coaching & Performance Development

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with inside and outside sales representatives

  • Review sales calls, customer interactions, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

  • Provide structured feedback focused on objection handling, closing techniques, urgency creation, and customer communication

  • Improve close rates, appointment conversion rates, and overall sales consistency across the organization

Sales QA & Call Review

  • Implement and manage quality assurance processes for inbound and outbound customer interactions

  • Review recorded calls and deliver actionable coaching feedback

  • Identify recurring objections, performance trends, and process inefficiencies impacting conversions

  • Establish performance benchmarks and accountability standards

Training & Onboarding

  • Develop onboarding materials and ongoing training programs for sales team members

  • Create SOPs, scripts, sales frameworks, and enablement resources

  • Run roleplay sessions, mock sales calls, and workshops to improve execution and confidence

  • Ensure alignment on messaging, service offerings, and sales processes

Process Improvement & Sales Operations

  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize lead handling workflows and sales operations

  • Improve follow-up systems, lead routing, pipeline management, and reporting processes

  • Identify operational bottlenecks impacting speed-to-lead and conversion performance

  • Support KPI tracking and sales performance reporting

Team Collaboration & Leadership Support

  • Serve as a trusted mentor and resource for the sales team

  • Foster a high-performance and accountability-driven sales culture

  • Partner closely with leadership to align sales initiatives with business goals

  • Improve communication and collaboration between inside and outside sales teams

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales enablement, sales training, or sales management roles

  • Proven experience coaching sales teams and improving conversion performance

  • Experience working within inbound lead environments and high-volume sales processes

  • Experience in home services, pest control, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, or similar service-based industries strongly preferred

Skills

  • Strong understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and consultative sales processes

  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and identify coaching opportunities

  • Experience conducting call reviews and implementing QA frameworks

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience creating SOPs, training documentation, and sales process improvements

  • Familiarity with CRMs, sales tracking systems, and reporting tools

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to build trust and team buy-in

  • Operational mindset focused on systems, consistency, and measurable improvement

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
